Hurray! Furthermore, about freakin' time! I figured it was time for my website to join the current decade - my old site was using code from the HTTP 1.0 spec, which, while kitschy, ironic and viewable from 'lynx', wasn't really earning me any geek points. Ok, so Google loved it. Hopefully Google loves this new site too. If you spot any bugs, please let me know about them!
I've decided to go with Joomla! , an award-winning content management system that seems pretty full-featured and rad. It's only taken me about... oh, three weeks or so of work to get it to this point. At least in the longer term, it'll mean much easier updates, which should in turn translate into... er, actual updates. Longer term, I'm hoping to add features like commenting on every story. I can't really think of anything else the site should have, but at least I've got all kinds of options for later. Hurray for technology!
