Please spell my name right!
The "MUX" name should preferably be in all capitals ("MUX") or alternately all lowercase ("mux"). If you prefer, just use my logo image instead of printing the name. Please do NOT capitalize just the first letter! (ie. NOT "Mux").
My style of music is "Live-PA Rave Techno" - if having the word "rave" on your promo materials isn't the image you want to promote, then please list me as performing "Live-PA Techno".

I'm fine with being listed without affiliations - but if everyone else on the flyer is listed with affiliations, having none can throw off the design and layout. If everyone else has affiliations listed, please use one or more of the following (in order of importance):
